Reflection and learn in the year 2020.
Reflection and learn in the year 2020. I’m sure many of us started this year into a new decade full of toasting, excitement and excitement. It was going to be ‘our time’, full of promise and potential. Well, it certainly didn't work out as expected!
And so, when for many of us it has been discontinued everywhere or is only available with limited, limited access, it has become ours. Unnecessary, unexpected relationship breakdown is no different from a serious health situation. The situation where your only choice is the way to deal with what is being presented to you.

What is your reflection this year?
Priority
At the beginning of 2020, I expect to measure the success of many of us in terms of results, praise, publicity, profit. Yes, winning and achieving are still important but less important because other things in our lives have become more important.
Within a year when we are discouraged from leaving our homes, we have very limited options of working away from home, shopping, socializing. Many have moved online. Being confined within our four walls and spending time stopping and smelling coffee means we can either do nothing or find alternative ways to survive well. It urges us to look at life in different ways.
For many, our priorities have been modified. The relationships we have, the assessment of our health and the health of the people closest to us, the human communication we have, the importance of our home have taken the place of the things we consider most valuable.

Happiness
As we reflect in 2020, we may discover that many of the things we used to make happy are less important. Spending a day shopping can be a treat once in a while, but it’s not so much fun when the practicals are left alone, no browsing or trying, one-way system in stores and just a pair of shoes to try.
Other things have been found to bring more joy and happiness in life. Sharing recipes and baking, meeting family and friends, walking in the countryside or along the beach are things that now feel meaningful and spiritual, build our foundation and bring satisfaction.

Relationships
Our relationship has been the subject of serious scrutiny this year due to living much closer than we expected. Giving value to our closest and dearest is a top priority, although some relationships have been flawed due to lack of space, patience and privacy.
There was no easy way to find new ways to navigate coexistence and the need to work, play and spend some free personal time trying to be aware and helpful when the dark times of awareness and helpfulness arose.
These months have been particularly harsh for those of us who do not see our children, grandchildren, at-risk relatives, the elderly or their underlying health status.

We discovered who our real friends were, the people we kept in touch with by phone call, zoom, or thought cards. Neighboring and local aid groups have received a lot of praise, keeping in touch with those involved in the struggle or the needy and providing food.
Work and money
Many of us have seen that our financial shortages have diminished because we have not been able to spend as much as we should have. No loose shopping spray, meal out or holiday doesn’t mean we’ve been able to cut back. Finding ways to spend para is a revelation.

For some, the problem is problematic, with children and family members working from home as well as concerns about future issues. Of course, there was some immediate concern rather than striving for promotion to continue the business, although some businesses have become the right niche or have adopted a flexible approach to business.
We probably realized that our fast-paced work is less applicable than before and working from home is less stressful, a more comfortable way to work. A survey found that 9-10 people who worked from home during the lockdown would want to continue it.
Also, many of us may find alternative ways to be kind to one another rather than to get the things we need, exchange surplus food with neighbors, or hire someone to do those things.

My time
Mental health has been in the spotlight this year due to the big impact of the incident. It was an opportunity for all of us to reflect on our lives, our future, the things that are precious to us. It was important to stay away from these thoughts, especially for those who are locked together in a busy house.
Allocating time for practice, walking, running, or biking in nature has become a lifeline for many. Or baking has become especially popular as a result of reading, enjoying bathing at leisure, realizing hobbies, doing something creative, such as painting, gardening and rethinking hobbies like creative interest.

Escaping and taking breaks from home and other people was important in brooding, being overwhelmed and providing space and time away from the stress of this uncertain time.
Gratitude
Expressing gratitude for things we didn't really reflect on is a very special outcome this year. Our healthcare providers, farmers, food providers, teachers, delivery drivers, even the weather, special people in our lives, our pets. And respecting ourselves too, our resilience, curiosity and ability to stay positive (basically!) And keep going.
